Adapt Web Design have launched there new website with a slight face lift. The new website has been developed using the content management system, Modx. This now means that Adapt can now offer it's customer content managed website of which, you the customer can update at your leisure.
What is a Content Management System?
A Content Management system (CMS) can be used to simplfy the management of content within a website using a built in database. The CMS allows users to update the website manually or automatically using a user friendly graphical interface.
This means you can easily update a website using a very similar system to Microsoft Word. The CMS will allow users to:
- Add text freely and easily
- Upload images or photos
- Easily use templates to change the look and feel of the website
- Remove and add content quickly and efficently
